2011 - 2012

"GROWING IN DISCIPLESHIP"

 

OBJECTIVES FOR 2011 - 2012

1. Growing In Our Knowledge and Understanding of the Word of God.
2. Equipping and Training members of SBC in the responsible use of their talents, gifts and resources.
3. Building up and Edifying every member of SBC into one body (Rom. 12:5, Col. 3:15)

PRIMARY GOALS FOR 2011 - 2012

1. Training of all Lay Readers to be effective and vibrant teachers of the Word.
2. Selection and Training of at least 5 Lay Pastors from SBC.
3. Increasing membership in Cell Groups by 20% to facilitate discipleship modeling.
4. Having 2 -3 retreats / camps / picnics to foster deeper relationships within the church.
5. Identifying gifting of SBC members and to provide training and opportunities to grow and use these gifts.
