THE ST BARNABAS CENTRE PORT KLANG
INTRODUCTION
St. Barnabas Anglican Church Klang has a long standing history of social and community work. In the earlier years the Church provided accommodation (hostel facilities) for poor and needy students from rural areas who studied in schools in the Town. Further social work was carried out with a Drug Rehabilitation Centre run by the Church, which helped many young people find their way back into society.
Today in the wake of rising social concerns the Church continues to do its bit for the Community at large with programmes initiated by the Tamil Ministry. A soft launch of the Centre was done on 7 October 2011 by Rev Vijendra Daniel and Rev Ganapathy. Click for photos here
